Allied: show an Allied City card in your hand and fly to that city; the card is not discarded (pointing to it is enough). Neutral: discard a Neutral City card. Soviet: you can't use Commercial Flight to reach a Soviet city. This is the same whatever alias you use, and you can use the same Allied card for another flight later in the turn.
