When do the Squire and Beholder act?

Both wake after the Insomniac: the Squire at step 9B, then the Beholder at 9Z. The Werewolves stick out thumbs for the Squire, who may view their cards; the Seer and Apprentice Seer do the same for the Beholder. Each is called only if the roles it looks for are in play.
