Can the Drunk or Doppelgänger interact with the Alpha Wolf's center card?
Yes. Any role that can view or move center cards can use the Alpha Wolf's extra card, including the Drunk; the Doppelgänger-Alpha acts immediately and does not choose together with the real Alpha.
