Does Lacerda's action move a Mission marker, and does he get a Crystal?
Yes. Whenever one of his actions advances a selected Mission, move that marker and he gains a Crystal. The solo deck's cube arrows start moving once the deck has been through a first time, and the X on a card only means he does not take the Shuttle that turn, not that the cube stays.
