Does Lacerda get Colonists back, or run out?
He never runs out, because he places Colonists from his own supply as needed. Colonists leave the board only when a full action space is cleared in his favour, or when an LSS reward returns the one on his Scientist or Contract space; he does not retrieve them when he travels.
