What does the Shuttle do at colony levels 4 and 5?

At level 4 the Shuttle stops moving, though a Shuttle phase still happens for private ships. At level 5 it makes one last trip to the opposite side even if not on the innermost space, then is removed and the final round runs without a Shuttle phase. When the level changes the Shuttle's position updates the next time it travels.
