Can a Private Goal retrieve a Miner from a mine?
No. Miners are only ever removed by a take-over. Card 10 retrieves from anywhere on the board and card 15 only from action slots, but neither takes mine Miners. The 7-Colonist goal needs them in your Living Quarters.
