Can bots and rovers end on a hex that holds a building or another piece?
They may pass through hexes with buildings and pieces but cannot end where another wooden piece already is. A bot or rover may share an unupgraded building with a piece of another colour as long as it holds no other wooden piece, but not a mine with a Colonist or an Advanced Building marker. Bots cannot block a hex, since a building placed there simply displaces them.
