On Mars
Do I lose points for Earth Contracts that are too large or incomplete?
No. Contract requirements are minimums, so exceeding them costs nothing. Completed contracts score and unfinished ones lose OP. The base game has two kinds: deliver depicted resources, or have an Advanced Building of a given type in a complex of the given size or larger.
