Can I get resources back from a Delivery Contract, and where do they come from?
No. Resources and Crystals on a contract are spent for good, do not count as storage, and do not count in tie-breakers, even if the contract is never fulfilled. You may place incoming goods straight onto the card, including surplus Crystals, at any time even outside your turn, with no need to stage them on your board first.
