What do Blueprint icons and shapes on Earth Contracts mean?
A Blueprint symbol needs three Blueprints of that type that you own, built or not; they are not committed to the contract. Building-type contracts need a complex of the depicted type and size, at least as large as shown, in any shape, since the card layout is just iconography. Exceeding the requirement costs nothing.
