Do the Renovated Kitchen and other Upstairs, Downstairs service tiles go to the Service Tile Reserve?
Yes. They are service tiles, so they move to the reserve like all service tiles (promos included), as the designer ruled; only monuments such as the Largest Wine Cellar stay out.
