Yes. Since June 2026 the designer says the money is yours even uncollected, and you simply add another £200 on the last turn rather than cashing out; it counts for the 1 VP per £200. Earlier he called cashing out a player's choice or said to cash out, and a player reply said uncollected money scored nothing.
