Obsession
Does my reputation have to stay high enough for the tile and guests all turn, or only when I start hosting?
The rulebook's Critical Rule says so and the designer confirmed it many times, including for refreshing the tile's servant.

Only at the beginning of Step 3. Your reputation must meet the tile's prestige rating and each guest's rating at that moment (Critical Rule 1). Afterwards special actions or penalty favours may drop it, even to the minimum, without cancelling the activity, and you may spend reputation to refresh the servant the tile needs.
