What do I do with the starter guests nobody was dealt?
The rulebook says to combine remaining starter guests with the casual guests.

Shuffle them with the casual guests (35 cards) and play them as normal casual guests. If you use the starter guest draft, the two leftover cards are shuffled into the casual pile too.
