Obsession
In the Queen Victoria (building boom) variant, when is the cheapest tile removed and where does the new tile go?
The rulebook states the removal and the designer fixed the position; two players agree on courtship rounds.

At the end of each round of play, remove the left-most (cheapest) tile, slide the rest left, and put the new tile in the right-most, most expensive position, or the appropriate reserve; the removed tile returns to the bag after the draw. The reserves are unaffected. Two replies say courtship rounds are not rounds of play, so no tile is removed then; the rulebook does not say this explicitly.
