How many monuments do I use at setup, which ones, and do Suite tiles count?
The rulebook's setup lists the monument counts and excludes Suite tiles; the designer confirmed that the Compendium revises the selection.
The base setup uses the Sculpture Garden plus two other monuments with two players, the Sculpture Garden plus three with three players, and five of your choice with four (the Garden Maze may replace the Sculpture Garden). Suites and other tiles that are monuments only on one side are not counted and go in the bag. The newer Universal Rules Compendium changes the selection, but the designer says the older rule may still be used.
