Two non-dotted tiles go to each Baron: mix the five new tiles into the 35-tile pool, take the 20 dotted base tiles and 10 from that pool, then give the Baron 2 from the remaining non-dotted tiles. Draw 3 to 4 setup cards as in the base game.
