How many chips does each player get, and can you play with 6 or 7 players?
The rulebook gives the chip counts for each player count.

3 to 5 players get 11 chips each, 6 players get 9, and 7 players get 7. So yes, 6 and 7 players are fine; the only setup difference between player counts is the number of chips.
