How do you resolve a shot at the Queen?

Treat it like shooting an adult: add 1 Hit (move her Hits marker one step), then roll the Shoot die. A critical, or a number equal to or lower than her current Hits, deals a Queen Health card instead of removing a model. The shot still costs Ammo on the bullets-lost result.
