After the end-of-game Infection and Eclosion steps, only for living Characters who Escaped or Hibernated. Conditions like Life Support on or the Nest destroyed must hold at that moment; a burning Nest with Eggs left is not destroyed. If the Facility itself was destroyed, all Rooms including the Nest count as destroyed.
