How does a Grenade token work, and is it a Burst?

Choose an adjacent Corridor, roll the Burst die, add 2 and deal that many Hits there (so 3 to 6; the aim symbol adds nothing extra). It is not a Character Bursting, so weapon Burst effects do not apply, and it targets Corridors, not your own Room.
