Their Turns are skipped without Passing, they lose no Oxygen or Health except from a destroyed Facility, they still draw cards and receive the Starting Player token, and an Intruder appearing in the Landing Zone forces them out. Players also read them as not being in a Room, so they cannot be Commanded to Move or Burst.
