Do the Wrench and Crowbar use the Advantage die or cause Contamination or Serious Wounds?
No to all three. They are Item actions, not Shoot or Melee: you roll the Combat die and deal Injuries as in a Shoot, a result of 2 deals 2 Injuries, with no Contamination card, no Advantage die and no Serious Wound for a miss.
