You can Shoot, Melee, Escape, use Items and Action cards that have a combat icon or no icon, and play cards that are not marked out of Combat. You cannot Trade, Pick Up Heavy Object, Craft Item, use Careful Movement, or perform Room Actions (including entering a CSS Pod) or Computer Actions. Moving away is only possible by Escape.
