Three: a Cargo Sending System Pod, the Bunker, or locking yourself in the Isolation Room. The Bunker needs the open Main Gate and either the Rover or an Enviro-Suit, and the Bunker and CSS Pods are outside the Facility so they survive its destruction. Whatever route you take, you still face the Contingency, Contamination and Objective checks.
