Do Wake-Up Call and Waiting for Rescue need the Alert Procedure to end the game?
Several players agree; there is no official ruling.

Wake-Up Call needs the Alert Procedure to be active at game end, though the starter need not be the one who survives to finish it. Waiting for Rescue is met once anyone starts the Alert Procedure with the Alert Room action; how the game then ends does not matter.
