Can the Android and Bounty Hunter be played with only the Stretch Goals box?

Yes, with caveats: use another character's miniature and board as a proxy, look up the Android's trait card since it is not in the box, and track the dog with a marker. The new Quest Items are in the Stretch Goals box, and the Bounty Hunter plays fully co-op like the others with the semi-coop objective removed.
