Which Item deck do I draw from when Searching, and can special Rooms be Searched?

You draw from the deck matching the Room's colour, and from any one of the three colours in a white Room, with both cards drawn from the same deck. Special Rooms printed on the board, such as the Backup Power Supply, have no Item Counter and cannot be Searched.
