When is the Nest or the Queen considered destroyed or killed for Objectives?

The Nest is destroyed only when all its Eggs are gone, not when it is on fire, so a burning Nest with Eggs left at game end is not destroyed. The Queen counts as killed if she died in combat, was vented out, or the Facility was destroyed; a Time-out or Alert ending leaves her alive, so those Objectives fail. Destroying the Facility with Autodestruction counts as an alternative way to meet Nest and Queen Objectives.
