Do I draw Mars Surface cards inside a building or with an Enviro-Suit, and how does Micro Meteorites work?
You still draw the card, but being in a building or having an Enviro-Suit means you apply the lower (Enviro-Suit) part of the card instead of the upper part. On Micro Meteorites, only the character who drew the card resolves it, and a character inside a building does not lose their Enviro-Suit. Used Mars Surface cards are discarded and the discard pile is reshuffled when the deck runs out.
