How does locking myself in the Isolation Room work, and can several players do it?

Once the Isolation Room is open (Time token on the white 8 space, or the Alert Procedure active), use Lock Yourself In and make a Noise roll. If any Intruder appears, including a Larva, the attempt fails. Otherwise you are removed from the game and safe. Just walking in does not count, there is no limit on how many Characters lock in, and Fire in the Room does not stop it. The Isolation Room is part of the Facility, so the Character dies to Facility destruction.
