How does the Main Gate open, and can it be closed again?

It opens when the first Character dies, when the Autodestruction token flips to red, or through the Main Gate Key item from the red Item deck. A normal action cannot open it, and venting or Doors cannot close it again, as it stays open for good. The Key is used in any Room with a Computer symbol and no Malfunction marker (not necessarily the Exit Room), and the Room need not have Power.
