Do I roll for Noise when I Escape into a Room, including when an Intruder follows me with Blood Chase?
If the Room you Escape into is empty, yes: it is a normal move and you roll for Noise. If someone is already there, no roll is made because the Room is not empty. When an Intruder follows you in through Blood Chase, support says not to roll either, since the Escape and the Intruder's move count as simultaneous.
