How do Carnomorph tokens get back into the Intruder bag, and does a Butcher ever go there?

Put the matching token in the bag whenever a Carnomorph miniature leaves the board: when it retreats into a Technical Corridor, when the Lurking event removes Carnomorphs not in a Room with a Character (Metagorgers excepted), or when a Metagorger attacks (add a Shambler token). Use base-game Adult, Breeder and Queen tokens where the expansion has none. The Butcher cannot enter Technical Corridors and, once killed, never returns; players disagree whether Lurking can remove it.
