Can I use Action card abilities in a Room with a Malfunction marker, and does "It Should Work" make Room Actions free?

Yes for card abilities: a Malfunction blocks only the Room's own printed Action, not basic actions or Action card abilities. The Janitor's It Should Work lets you use a Room Action in a malfunctioning Room, but whether you still pay the Room Action's normal Cost is disputed: one reply says you do, two say it is waived.
