Can the Sentry's Battle Suit or an Enviro-Suit be used to reach the Bunker, and what does the Battle Suit ignore?

Yes, both let you Escape to the Bunker without the Rover; the Battle Suit's own text says so, and with an Enviro-Suit you make the Noise roll the rulebook requires. The Battle Suit also ignores Darkness effects, including the higher Surprise Attack requirement in Darkness. The Sentry can wear both suits at once.
