It opens the Isolation Room at once and ends the game when the Time token leaves the marked space (half the current Time number, rounded down). Neither the Alert Room nor the Cooling System can delay a running Alert Procedure or Autodestruction. An objective like Wake-Up Call needs it still active at game end.
