Which Aftermath and core characters cannot be in the same game?

Each Character Draft card lets a player pick the Lockdown, base-game or Aftermath Character of one colour, and nobody else may take a Character of that colour. One player lists the pairs from the original game: Soldier and Convict (red), Scout and Bounty Hunter (violet), Scientist and Psychologist (pale blue), Pilot and Android (green), Captain and CEO (dark blue). In Lockdown the Lockdown Character of that colour shares the slot too; the Stretch Goals rulebook says the red Survivor and Convict can never be in the same game. The Mechanic (yellow) and Medic (pink) have colours of their own.
