Can I bid again in a One Offer (once around) auction after being outbid?
The rulebook states this directly.

No. The auction goes around the table once, starting to the left of the Auctioneer and ending with the Auctioneer, and each player gets a single chance to bid or pass. A computer version that allows counter-bids is not the printed rule.
