What happens if the draw deck runs out before round 4?
The rulebook deal table adds up to no more than 70 cards, and players on the forum reached the same conclusion.

It should not happen. The deal table never uses more than the 70 cards: 3 players use 66, 4 players use 68 and 5 players use 70. If you run short, someone dealt the wrong number of cards earlier.
