How often can a Schematic be used, and must I use it the moment it unlocks?

It depends on its type. Hack Schematics (trash icon) are single-use and discarded when used, Boost Schematics (floppy-disk icon) are always on, and Slot Schematics sit in your Command Line and run every turn. Activating or using one does not spend Team Gears, and you do not have to use a Hack the moment it unlocks; you may wait. A designer also ruled that a Schematic can only be used once per turn.
