How do I repair System Damage?
The rulebook text states this.

Scrap a Fire or Metal (red or blue) card during the draft instead of programming it, or step onto a Repair Pad. The scrapped card removes any one Damage Card from your Mech. If the Damage Card was slot damage, the Command Cards underneath become usable again.
