Can a Mech or the Bomb be pushed or towed through an active Rune Gate?

No. The rulebook forbids pushing an object through an active Rune Gate, and the designers say the same for the Bomb being pushed or towed. A Mech can be pushed through a gate that is already down, and passing through does not reactivate it — only a player Mech passing through does.
