What is the order of the Minion Phase?

Minions move first, then new Minions spawn, then Minions attack. Newly spawned Minions stay where they appear (often a Rune Space) and then attack in the same phase if adjacent. Spawning only happens on empty spaces, and standing on a Rune Space blocks spawns.
