How do Minions choose which way to move, and who moves first?

The Minion closest to the objective moves first. A Minion tries to get closer along the Blue/Green axis first and only uses the Red/Yellow axis if that gains nothing; ties in distance go to the one closest along Blue/Green, and any remaining tie is settled by the players (the First Player decides). A Minion that cannot get closer stays put, and it does not plan ahead.
