In Mission 5, can the Bomb be repaired repeatedly, and does it have to stop on the last pad?

The Bomb is repaired each time it is pushed or towed onto a pad, as long as its health stays within the maximum of 5. The Mission 5 objective is complete the moment the Bomb is stabilized, so it only needs to touch the last Repair Pad, not stop there. Pads work as repair pads in every mission unless a dossier says otherwise.
