How does towing work, and what does it cost?

Towing needs a Move source worth at least 2 movement (Speed, or a Move card powered up to 2 or more); two separate 1-Move cards do not work. Each space you move while towing costs 2 points, a plain step costs 1, and you must spend all of your movement. The Mech or Bomb you tow must be beside or behind you, and it is placed in the space you just vacated, keeping its original facing. All the points must come from a single stack.
