Which Command Cards can damage the Boss, and what about Fuel Tank?

Attack Commands damage the Boss, but each only if the Rune Shield of the card's color is down: Fuel Tank is red, so the red shield must be down to damage him with it. Only Schematics (and Overdrive) let you choose the color. You can also detonate a Fuel Tank to ignore damage coming from the Boss.
