Does the Boss destroy Crystal Shards he moves onto?
The rulebook says shards can never be hurt by the Boss; a 2016 designer reply said otherwise and was never reconciled.

The printed rules say Crystal Shards can never be damaged by Minions or the Boss, and that is what the English rulebook and the field guide state. A designer reply from November 2016 said the Boss does destroy a shard he steps on in Mission 6, which contradicts the printed rule; players later pointed out the conflict and no further designer ruling resolved it. Follow the printed rule unless your group decides otherwise.
